Our Brow Mascara applies and dries clear to keep your brows in shape all day. Can be applied with or without filling them in with the Brow Cream or Skinny Brow Pencil first to help your brows appear more dense and full.

PRO tip: Brush your Brow Mascara through your brows in an upwards motion. With a light hand, gently start at the front of the brows and work your way to the tails brushing up to make the brows pop!
