Hey gorgeous, we're happy you're here! Want to speak to an aesthetician? Book your free 15 minute discovery call to learn more about The Gold Method services and offerings.

The Gold Method is proud to use The eDermaStamp® as the device of choice for all Microneedling procedures. The eDermaStamp® causes minimally invasive precision micro-injuries without causing open wounds or ablative damage. The little channels close after a short time and these micro-injuries trigger the body’s wound healing response, which induces an increased collagen production in the treated skin. The eDermaStamp® triggers the construction of new tissue by stimulating healthy cell regeneration in precision-targeted areas that show the signs of aging. It effectively reduces wrinkles, tightens and thickens the skin, and – perhaps most impressively – fills and smooths scars.

Notes about booking:

  • We ask that all new clients book a consultation prior to treatment. This allows us to prepare you for your Microneedling appointment by ensuring you know how to care for your skin and know what to expect. This is a treatment you need to plan for.
  • Please ensure you do not have a hair appointment/can avoid any sweat inducing activities for 72 hours post treatment.

FAQ's about Microneedling:
Does it hurt?
Because of the quick pulses per second, you will feel only minimal discomfort from our Microneedling treatment. We apply a topical anesthetic that is included in the treatment that makes it more comfortable.

Is there downtime with this treatment?
Mild swelling and mild-moderate redness is normal after Microneedling treatments. Typically the redness will reduce by 50% within a few hours post treatment.

What can I expect?
Day 1 to 2: Superficial reddening of the skin and mild swelling subsides.
Day 2 to 7: Some texture and dryness.
After 1 Week: Improvement of skin texture and tone begins.
After 3 Weeks: Some improvement in pigmentation can become noticeable.
After 6 Weeks: Improvement in fine lines, wrinkles and scars begin.

How many treatments do I need?
While results may vary from person to person, we typically recommend a course of 4-6 treatments that are spaced ~6 weeks apart. Please keep in mind, treatment protocols will vary depending on the skin condition and individual. We always offer packages of buy 5, get 1 free to allow you to save while completing a series!
